Carlo was a young Catholic boy who had a deep love for Jesus, in a particular devotion to the Holy Eucharist, and a strong desire to share the Catholic faith with others. He recognized the potential of technology to communicate the beauty and truth of the faith, using his computer skills to create digital resources that helped people learn about the Eucharist and Catholic spirituality.

Carlo's example is especially meaningful to our mission because he demonstrated that technology itself is neither the goal nor the message; it is a tool that can be placed at the service of Christ. His life encourages us to approach media with faith, creativity, responsibility, and purpose, ensuring that our work points beyond technology to the person of Jesus Christ. As Christie Media Uganda seeks to use digital media for evangelization, faith formation, and communion, Saint Carlo Acutis inspires us to communicate the Gospel in ways that speak to the contemporary world while remaining rooted in prayer, the Eucharist, and the life of the Church.

His witness also reminds us young people that holiness is possible in the digital age and that ordinary talents can become instruments of God's mission. Inspired by his example, Christie Media Uganda seeks to cultivate a culture where media professionals, young people, and Church communities do not simply consume digital content but use their creativity and skills to share Christ, strengthen faith, and build communities of hope.
